Apparently, someone (a blogger name of Ariel) checked out the Technorati Top 100 and noticed that most of the top bloggers tend to be males of a certain appearance and age bracket. Thus leading to a snarky little observation that perhaps the urge to erect a blog increases as the urge to indulge in other erect activities decreases… and, of course, the counter-snark from the geezbloggers:

I just hope that this doesn’t mean that I’m going to get another goddam avalanche of spam in my email inbox now offering me some kind of blue pill that will make this blog "l0ng3r st1ff3r and m0re able to deliv3r unbelievable pl3asur3 to your partn3r…"
I hear that if you feed your blog the little blue pills that you buy from foreign pharmacies in Canada, that it will shrivel up and turn and unearthly fuchsia color … thus forcing the poor afflicted blogger to buy a corkboard and some butcher’s paper to share the dribblings and drivelings and snivelings of a deranged mind with the quiet countryside. Or something like that.
