A preview: <a href=\"http:\/\/andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com\/the_daily_dish\/2008\/07\/mental-health-6.html#trackback\">Robbie Dingo,<\/a> an alias for a <a href=\"http:\/\/nwn.blogs.com\/nwn\/2007\/07\/remake-the-star.html#more\">resident of Second Life<\/a>  was a fan of Vincent Van Gogh&#8217;s famous &#8220;Starry Night&#8221; painting, and decided to do a homage to it in 3-D using the Second Life world-building tools.  Watching the video, the process is speeded up; you see all the CAD architecture, lighting\/shading, texture mapping, etc. tools employed to make that vision a reality, all set to Don McLean&#8217;s touching song. <\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<div class=\"youtube-video\"><object width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><param name=\"movie\" value=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/LxVDVggLqsA&amp;hl=en\"><\/param><param name=\"wmode\" value=\"transparent\"><\/param><embed src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/v\/LxVDVggLqsA&amp;hl=en\" type=\"application\/x-shockwave-flash\" wmode=\"transparent\" width=\"425\" height=\"344\"><\/embed><\/object><\/div>\n<p>I often say when I run across something that stands out, that shows that the creator was after something more than just satisfying a client or chasing a buck, that &#8220;Someone <i><b>loved <\/b><\/i>that [fill in the blank].&#8221;  That love shows through here, and I encourage you to take a few minutes out of the day, lean back in the chair and just experience this.
